The terms and conditions that govern equipment sales, installations, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) provided by I Tech Security Systems.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern all project proposals, quotations, sales, installations, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) provided by I Tech Security Systems ("I Tech," "we," "us," or "our") based in Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu. By approving a quotation, purchasing equipment, or authorizing on-site installation work, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
I Tech Security Systems provides professional engineering and installation services across eight primary domains:
Quotations provided following an on-site survey remain valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Payment schedules are specified in each project proposal, generally structured as a confirmation advance, delivery installment, and balance due upon final calibration, mobile app configuration, and handover testing.
Clients agree to provide reasonable and safe site access, electrical supply for tool operation, and required permissions for wall drilling, mast mounting, conduit cabling, and router connectivity. Our technicians take utmost care to ensure neat cable concealment, structured PVC piping, and cleanup upon completion.
Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) provide scheduled quarterly preventative maintenance inspections and priority emergency on-site breakdown support. Non-comprehensive AMC covers all labor, lens cleaning, optical realignment, and diagnostics; replacement components required outside the manufacturer warranty period are billed at agreed transparent rates.
All hardware products supplied by I Tech Security Systems — including cameras, NVRs, inverters, solar panels, and video door phones — are 100% genuine and carry official manufacturer warranties ranging from 1 to 3 years (or extended warranties on solar panels and tubular batteries as per manufacturer policy). Warranties do not cover damage caused by external lightning strikes, severe power surges exceeding breaker capacity, physical vandalism, or unauthorized third-party tampering.
Clients are responsible for maintaining secure passwords on NVRs and router connections, ensuring adequate internet bandwidth for remote mobile camera viewing, and reporting any camera anomalies promptly to prevent recording gaps.

While our security systems and AMC services provide state-of-the-art surveillance and deterrence, I Tech Security Systems cannot guarantee prevention of all unauthorized criminal acts, grid power outages exceeding battery reserve, or internet service provider downtime. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the specific service or equipment supplied.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms periodically. Changes become effective upon publication on this website, and continuing our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
